Simply Spooky: That Scene In ‘Poltergeist III ’
I love me some “Poltergeist III.” There’s also tact you have to have in talking about the series since there is a such an aura of dread and doom, namely around two of the actresses, Heather O’Rourke, who played Carol Anne and Dominique Dunne, who played her sister, Dana.
The 2nd sequel in the series is just as good as anything it’s predecessors, and honestly ups the ante and provides some awesome visuals and clever little tricks to make the apartment just as much of a character.
But there is one scene, or even scenes, that deserve the ‘That Scene(s) In’ treatment. I was tempted to mention all of the bad 80s fashion, but I thought I’d keep it traditional.
Remember ‘That Scene In’ “Poltergeist III” when Laura Flynn Boyle kills a guy by pushing him down an elevator shaft, and her boyfriend rips a chunk out of her face? Not even Neutogena is gonna fix up that bad skin.
