A Simplistic Review: Sinphony: A Clubhouse Horror Anthology

A horror anthology is like an old friend you haven’t seen in a while, but you still know you can call them up and chat for a while and come away satisfied.

Sinphony’ is an interesting concept as it literally took a VILLAGE to put together.

Using the social media app, Clubhouse, ‘Sinphony’ is composed of several segments dealing with demons, spirits, ghosts, the free of getting old, witches and of course you have to have one with a killer on the loose.

Overall, the stories are tidy are fun, but lack the creep factory of luminaries like ‘Creepshow',’ ‘Black Sabbath',’ or even more recently ‘The Mortuary Collection.’

‘Sinphony’ from concept to conception, using a social media app, feels like the old ways of gathering around a campfire and spinning a spooky yarn to your friends. The direction of most of the stories is well done, with a few stand outs being the segments Forever Young and Do Us Part.
